These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Snake Skin. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Payment

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout before payment is completed.

Snake Skin reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Snake Skin reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Availability

Snake Skin aims to maintain sufficient stock of all listed products. However, all products are subject to availability.

If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, Snake Skin may:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Place the item on back order with the customer’s agreement.

Estimated restock or delivery dates for back orders are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier service, public holidays, stock availability, and circumstances outside Snake Skin’s control. Snake Skin is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, force majeure events, or other events beyond reasonable control.

A signature may be required on delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Snake Skin is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrives visibly damaged, the customer should refuse the delivery where possible and contact Snake Skin promptly with the order details. Snake Skin will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Snake Skin accepts returns for defective or damaged goods and, where applicable, for eligible unwanted items in accordance with the store’s Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Unless the return is due to Snake Skin’s error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Snake Skin reserves the right to refuse refunds or reduce the refund amount where returned goods show signs of use, damage, missing packaging, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Custom, bespoke, tinted, or specially mixed products are non-returnable unless faulty or required otherwise by law.

Product Information and Color Accuracy

Snake Skin makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur, including differences in color appearance due to screen settings, lighting, batch variation, application method, or surface condition.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for the intended use and for following all preparation and application instructions.

Use of Products and Disclaimer

Snake Skin products must be used strictly in accordance with all instructions, warnings, and applicable safety guidance. Customers are responsible for proper preparation, testing, application, storage, and disposal of products.

Snake Skin cannot guarantee results in every case, as results may vary depending on surface condition, preparation method, environmental conditions, application technique, and use in combination with other products. Snake Skin accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or unsatisfactory results arising from misuse, improper application, or use of products contrary to instructions.

Customers should always test products on a small, inconspicuous area before full application and should consult local authorities where necessary regarding legal requirements for use, storage, or disposal.

Force Majeure

Snake Skin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, transport disruption, supply shortages, accidents, natural disasters, governmental action, or other force majeure events.

Complaints

Snake Skin aims to provide a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Any complaints should be submitted through the store’s contact methods. Snake Skin will aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Snake Skin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, courier restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Snake Skin’s liability in connection with any order shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.
