    Wash your car thoroughly and let it dry overnight. Your car needs to be fully dried for the spray to adhere.

  • Prep It

    Our kits include instructions and everything you need to mask and prepare the surface for work.

  • Paint It

    Follow the instructions and spray 5-8 thick layers for an easy peel off. That's it, you got your car's new look!

No Residue

Peels Off

Apply a minimum of 4 wet coats (depending on color and product type) to ensure durability and effortless removal in large sheets when you’re ready for a new look. Each layer builds film thickness and strength—proper application guarantees a smooth peel every time.

How long does the coating last?

When properly applied, Snake Skin coatings are engineered to last 3-5+ years without retouching. Our formula delivers exceptional durability and resilience, giving your vehicle long-lasting protection and stunning visual appeal. The spray technique, number of coats, and surface preparation all influence longevity—so always clean and maintain your dipped surfaces with Snake Skin’s dedicated cleaning and maintenance products.

How many coats should I put on?

Total material used over the surface is more important over coats, as every coat can be laid differently. Generally we recommend 4 tack coats and 4 wet coats for maximum protection and peelability. As a rule of thumb one 400ml spray can cover one 18 inch wheel.
