Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all consumer orders placed on snake-skin.eu and shipped from Bulgaria to customers in the EU.

It is based on EU consumer protection rules and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Your legal rights (summary)

14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (online orders): you may cancel and return your order within 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving a reason, when the product is in commercial condition.

This Policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
3. Right of withdrawal – 14 days (change of mind)

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement (email or online form) within the 14‑day period, indicating your order number and your decision to withdraw from the contract.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision.
4. Condition of returned goods

Goods should be returned in commercial condition, with all accessories and documentation, and in appropriate packaging.

You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to what is allowed in a physical store).

If the goods have been used beyond this level and their value is diminished, we will deduct the reduced value from your refund.
5. Special rules for liquid spray wrap products

Liquid spray wrap products are consumable chemical products which cannot be restored or resold once they have been used.

You may inspect the product and, if necessary, open the packaging carefully to verify the contents, but you may not use a significant part of the liquid if you intend to exercise the 14‑day withdrawal right.

If the liquid spray wrap has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics (for example, applying it on a large surface of a vehicle or consuming a substantial part of the product), we reserve the right:

to reduce your refund and

in cases where the product is almost fully consumed and has no remaining market value, to refuse a refund

6. Return costs and refund method

Unless we have stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you for the returned goods, without delivery cost (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.
7. Defective or non‑conforming products (legal guarantee)
- If you believe your product is defective or non‑conforming, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.
- If incorrect use of the product is determined according to the product descriptions of use, the product is deemed as not defective and no refund will be issued.
8. How to return a product

Step 1: Contact us by email or contact form, stating: order number, name, address, phone, email, and whether you are withdrawing within 14 days or making a warranty claim for a defect.

Step 2: After we confirm, send the goods to the return address we provide. Please pack them securely in their original package and keep proof of postage.

Step 3: After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will inform you by email about the approval or decline of the refund and process the refund where applicable.
